Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data Ovendrop holds about your account. This page explains how to make that request and what happens after you do.

Email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your Ovendrop account, using the subject line “Data deletion request.” To protect your account, we may take steps to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Once your request is verified, we delete the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your account and profile information
• Your baker profile and product listings, if you sell on Ovendrop
• Your messages, except where a copy is retained in another active user’s account (see what we retain, below)
• Your saved cart and saved-for-later items

Some data cannot be fully removed when you delete your account:

• Completed order records are retained for at least 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
• Payment records are retained by our payment processor, Stripe, in accordance with its own retention requirements.
• Reviews you leftare anonymized rather than deleted, and remain while the associated baker’s profile is active.
